FAQ

  • How do I reheat?
When you're ready to serve, we recommend the following: From frozen: Preheat oven to 350 Place pretzels on baking sheet (directly, or aluminum or parchment is fine) Spritz the top of the pretzels with water (or any type of liquid), and sprinkle on your desired toppings Place in oven for about 6-8 minutes (timing may vary depending on oven)* *Pretzels will be done when you pinch the middle and sides and they compress easily (if still hard, then you know it's still frozen). *If you want a crispier exterior, reheat at a higher temperature From thawed: Repeat steps 1-3 above Place in oven at 350 for 3-5 minutes (timing may vary depending on oven). Note - you can use the microwave for convenience, but it'll be more difficult to get a crispier exterior and less chewy interior (like most breads).
  • How should I store the pretzels?
Note that we use zero preservatives in our products to keep them as natural as possible! So, we recommend freezing your pretzels upon receipt to ensure longevity, freshness, and quality. Upon freezing, they will last 3-4 months. You can also refrigerate them for 3-4 days, but, like most fresh-baked breads, they will go stale sooner rather than later!
  • How do you deliver/ship the pretzels?
For local pick-ups, you can choose to pick up the pretzels fresh and ready-to-go (i.e. not frozen, toppings applied), or frozen (if you plan to serve another day). For out-of-zone orders (i.e. outside of local delivery limits), all of our products shipped frozen to preserve the quality and freshness upon delivery. We provide reheat/storage instructions as well as toppings (i.e. salt) separately with each order.
  • Do you have a storefront?
At the moment, we do not have a physical storefront, but hopefully soon! We are a licensed retail and wholesaler based in Murrells Inlet, SC that operates out of a commercial kitchen (commissary). As such, we do offer pick-up options for those local to the area.
