All of our products are made by hand! Currently, we  deliver locally for free (Greater Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, and Murrells Inlet area), and ship anywhere in the US. 

For local delivery: please indicate in checkout if you'd like the pretzels delivered fresh or frozen - i.e. if you don't plan to eat the pretzels the same day as delivery, we recommend freezing for quality purposes!

For shipments:  all products are shipped frozen, along with reheat/storage instructions provided with each delivery.

For same-day local deliveries, they will be fresh!

Please input your delivery date and time within the checkout process (if you choose local delivery).

Note that if you place an order prior to noon, you can expect a delivery time the same day. Otherwise most deliveries will be your preference or the following day at earliest.

For shipping - most orders placed Monday - Wednesday will ideally be 2-day shipping. Otherwise, expect 3-4 days. 

If you need them sooner, we can accommodate faster shipping, though the price may be higher.

Method 1: Freeze (most preferred): 

• It is best to freeze them in a freezer-safe plastic bag once you receive them, unless you plan to eat them the same day (then follow the reheat instructions).

Method 2: Refrigerate (less preferred)

• You may refrigerate the pretzels as well; however, they will only last about 3-4 days.

Method 3: Room temperature (least preferred)

• I do not recommend leaving them out at room temperature (unless you're thawing them to reheat) due to the perishable nature of the pretzels. They will last 1-2 days, and, if salted, the salt may dissolve on the pretzel due to absorption of moisture

Yes - we can deliver anywhere in the USA! We ideally try to provide 2-day shipping for orders placed Monday - Wednesday. Otherwise, expect about 3-4 days.
