About the Shack project

In 2023, we bought horse trailer off a farm in Castle Rock, CO.

Tim, our co-owner, and highly skilled handy-man, single-handedly converted this trailer from a two-horse transporter, to a full-service pretzel shack. If you're lucky, he may build your next food truck too!
